This extract is a part of the most devouted of prayers, the Nishmat Kol Hai, the breath of every living thing which is recited just before the Shma Yisrael - Hear O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One.
The text is inserted inside the doorway of a home in one of west Jerusalem's oldest neighborhoods, Zikhronot - which is a part of the larger "Nachlaot".
